I have had the opportunity of working with Lauren and the SYG team in three different hotel properties. In each of the assignments SYG delivered a higher conversion rate in Conference & Events and ultimately higher revenue for the hotel. I have worked with SYG on two separate projects over the last 8 years. What they deliver is very simple and exceptionally effective in returning vastly improved sales results. Their main premise is in highlighting the revenue and sales opportunities for the business unit or hotel and then training the sales team to instil a new way of working to help achieve these increased revenue opportunities. Most importantly they stay with you on the journey and continue to train and support the sales team to make sure the results are realised and old habits are changed to push towards improved targets.
